If you check the labels, caffeine is in many of those very expensive cellulite creams ( so why pay more when you can do it yourself at home?). Here's an easy DIY Coffee body scrub that will not leave a dent in your monthly beauty budget :)

What you'll need:

1/2 cup ground coffee
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sea salt

Mix the ground coffee with the brown sugar and sea salt. Add the olive oil mix well. Quick and easy coffee body scrub DONE!

The power of Orange( DIY body scrub)

The power of orange....  Well oranges that is. Oranges are a good source of Vitamin C which is known to improve the skin texture and color, they can also make our skin's surface firm.

They help restoring collagen in our bodies which is responsible for skin firming and preventing early aging of skin. Which is why you wont regret including a dose of the good old orange on your daily to eat list and save some for a beauty treatment...

Instead of throwing away the peels, dry them and make a relaxing body scrub.

What you'll need for the body scrub:

1 cup dried orange peels( grounded)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sea salt
1/4 cup of  olive oil

Blend all the ingredients together, and then rub over damp skin in the bath or shower.

NB: Do not dry the orange peels in direct sunlight. Dry for 2-3 days.
