Healthy Breakfast for a Flat Tummy...





If your trying to slim down, never skip breakfast. It's a proven fact that regular breakfast eaters tend to be slimmer and are more successful at losing weight - and most importantly keeping it off. What to include in your breakfast to keep weight on tap?

Try  including eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, yogurt to that cereal and a fresh fruits like strawberries and raspberries..
